Do you know how your business will be affected by any interruption?
Does your team know how to react?
A proactive Business Resilience Plan is as important for any business as a business development plan is. Being prepared and having appropriate resilience plans in place will help your business’ continuity, its growth and its ability to ride out any interruption that may occur to the normal business environment. Having good business resilience plans may also be viewed very positively by your bank, insurers and other stakeholders.
The Business Efficient Resilience Toolkit (BERT) project can help your organisations to plan and prepare should the worst happen and it is fully funded for businesses in the coastal districts of Suffolk and Norfolk by Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Council and The Environment Agency.
There is a free online toolkit to help you to start to develop your business’ resilience plans by identifying what you are doing well and where more thought may be directed.
Following this there is free support available to help you develop and communicate your businesses resilience and continuity plans
“BERT made me re look at every element of my procedures and ensure I review them on a regular basis”
