Training courses for Businesses in the BID area

Lowestoft Vision are working in partnership with the Waveney Business Forum to provide a programme of funded training courses which will be available to businesses in the BID area.
The courses are fully funded and provide an opportunity for businesses to up skill employees.

The courses are fully funded and provide an opportunity for businesses to up skill employees. Details on dates and times will be available in the coming weeks but we have been asked to establish how many businesses would like to take advantage of the training.

The courses will include the following, Business can simply attend as many of the workshops as they wish?


Workshop 1 – Putting the customer at the centre of your business (1 full day, this may be broken down into 2 half days)

Workshop 3 Welcome Host Gold – Customer Service Training Course (1 day, available in 2 half days)
